What if I forgot my password?

If you forget the emPower login password, you can reset your password by following these simple steps.


  1. Log on to your emPower portal.
  2. Click over Forgot Your Password


  • Enter your Login ID and click on Submit.


  • We'll send you an email with a link labeled "Reset Password". Clicking on this link will allow you to set a new password.


Note: For security reasons, you will be required to change this password as soon as you login to the system.
