How to sign a policy?

1. E-Sign
  1. Click on Sign.

  1. This would bring you to the e-sign form.
  2. Click on the "Click here to sign" tab to add your signature, and then select the checkbox.
  3. Click on the e-sign to complete the process.



2. Physical

  1. Click on Sign.
  2. This would bring you to the signature print out form. Click the Show the signature Form, and download it.
Note: The LMS would not be updated with a signature date until your form has been received and reviewed. So there may be slight delay between you sending it in, and the date appearing on the LMS.



3. Quiz before signing
Some policies may require you to pass a quiz for signing it. These policies have a 'prerequisite – "course name"' link just to the left of the Sign button.

Click on the 'prerequisite - "course name"' link. This would bring you to the Quiz page.
Click the Start Quiz
Take the test, and submit

Note: You must pass the quiz for signing such policies.
